Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

I m having sever low back pain it s radiating into my left leg. All the pain is on left side around my kidney. When I stand I have pain running down back of leg. When sitting, runs into front of leg. Nothing below the knee. I have a herniated disc at L4-5 but the pain starts at the kidney area. Postive kidney punch? Have had kidney infections in the past. Never had this pain before. Kidney or Sciatic from herniation?
