Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

I have extreme lower back pain that travels to my right side. I believe it s an air pocket. I took 3 Advil and have a heated pillow on it but no relief. The slightest movement or twisting of my waist is extremely painful. How can I get rid of this air pocket?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the pain is related to the muscles since there is pain on movement or it could be due to issues with organs in that area.

Kidney stones tend to cause severe loin/back pain that goes towards the side down to the from- loin to groin pain
If the pain appears to be similar, then it may be best to see a doctor as soon as possible

If it is muscle related then you may need additional time for improvement.

I hope this helps
