Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

I have extremely lower back pains. A while ago, I was told that the pain was due to arthritis. Over the years the pain has gotten progressively worst. When trying to do anything that requires standing, I have to sit for a while before I am finished. Also, my energy level is nil. Could the back pain cause this lack oh energy?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello thank you for writing us here.
Most probable diagnosis which could be made is ankylosing lumbar spondilitis.
You should get a check up with some good orthopedic doctor. They would take your radiographs and then put you on medications. Arthritis is just a symptom not the diagnosis.
You must go for a check up.
God bless you

Best regards,
Dr Gunjan
