Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi , I think I have chlamydia or something. My lower back is killing. My rectum started hurting yesterday, ironically after it told me I gave it chlamydia. I work every day so I really can t afford to take off and go to a doc. I also have flesh colored bumps on my pelvis
Hi Thanks for posting on HCM Lower back pain may be caused by work stress, osteoarthritis, pelvic infections/STIs... The treatment of STIs like chlamyida should however be prescribed based on lab results not on feelings.Fresh bumps on pelvis are more symptoms in favor of an STI. However, not only Chlamyida may give you such presentation. Syphilis and Herpes are more likely to give you bumps.I will suggest you see the Doctor for an STI work-up before treatment. You may take a pain drug like ibuprofen for your Back pain, then create time to see the Doctor for examination and tests. Hope my answer will help you Best regards
