Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain
I am having lower back pain, it started two days ago. It is quite severe, cannot sit, lie or stand without it hurting. After I stretch it, it seems to ease up. My question is can I take 3 Alieve instead of the 1-2 it recommends, it does not seem to help to take two. Thank you

It could be a spine related problem like prolapsed disc or nerve compression. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
