Hi doctor, i did some seat ups some time back and i developed this lower back pain which sitting bones. I cant sit on hard surface because of the pain when that area is pressed. When i went for MRI test it was noted i have a mild bulge and dehydration of the L3-L4 disc with resultant contact of the traversing L4 nerve roots. What can i do? Regards Josphat Mwangi.
For severe back pain you take pain killers like biozobid-plus or combiflam only when the pain is worse enough or disturb your daily routine along with calcium supplements like shalcal or toscal-gem once daily. I also advice you to sleep on plain surface. Do some kind physiotherapy exercises after an expert opinion of physiotherapist. If still not improved then go for x-ray or MRI.
