Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain

I have had lower back pain since Friday. It s moved to the front lower left pelvic area. I don t know how to ease the pain. When I urinate, it s as if I am try to push to get comfort. I ve held the heating Paid on my side for 2 days now and alternated it to my back. I ve had stones in the past. I just don t want to jump to thinking that s what this is but I can t seem to stop my pain. Please advise.

hi.
thanks for posting query.

lower back pain maybe muscular or related to kidney or urinary tract infection.

further history and evaluation needed to advise further course of action.
gender? age?
any previous UTI?
urinalysis maybe done to exclude kidney and/or urinary infection.

pain killers maybe ingested for 3 to 5 days
wish you good and sound health
