Suggest Treatment For Severe Lower Back Pain
I often have lower back pain due to arthritis and degenerative discs, however today I walked out to my car and my back started to throb. when I sat down I could litterally feel my heart beat in my spine, almost like my spine might have been pinching a blood vessel or something. The trobs were intense and in beat with the spasming pain.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan to rule out possible causes like a prolapsed disc or nerve compression.
