Dear friend,it is advisable not to take pain-killer indiscriminately during pregnancy.also you should know that in course of pregnancy a lot of women complains of low back pain.here I as a clinician always suggest necessary rest to take which always causes pain reduction.then some behaviour therapy also can be of immensehelp for you ,like not bending forward too much and not sitting in the same position for a long time.hope this tiny changes in lifestyle will help you to reduce your pain considerably.thank you.
