Suggest Treatment For Severe Menstrual Bleeding While On Norethisterone
Hi I have been taking Northisterone 5mg 3 per day for endometriosis. Even though I am taking them I am still having severe heavy bleeding with clots and the pain is unbearable. I can not get an appointment with gynae for a few weeks so wondered whether this is normal as I am feeling very weak, nauseated and unable to control the pain.

You can change the medicine after consulting with gynecologist you can add T Stat tab, take omeprazole, take paracetamol and aceclofenac combination. You can do an ultrasound and confirm the diagnosis.
