Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine And Arm Numbness

I have a history of migraines, environmental and food allergies, and asthma. I have been have more severe headaches that are not my normal migraines. They are at the base of my head and very severe. The best description is it feels like I have been hit by a bat. I have some hand and arm numbness when these severe headaches happen. OTC medication and migraine abortive medications do not help.

Hi,

Already having complained of a migraine and over that severe headache increasing in intensity, not relieving with medication, presenting with neurological signs like tingling-numbness, point to me that you need further investigation.

First will be the MRI and MRV brain to rule out and a space-occupying lesion in the brain and vascular pathology. Consulting a neurologist will be a better idea as it needs early attention.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
