As per your history her symptom has many reasons and
Tylenol is not it's solution in all cases.First check her vital sign (BP,Pulse rate,
Respiratory rate,Temperature)If everything is OK do one MRI/
CT scan to ruled out any neuro deficit is present or not.she needs a physical exam for it and do it at the time of MRI scanning.
secondly if she has a past history of
migraine attack please follow these steps-
1)
hormonal changes in women-It is due to sudden oestrogen fall during and before periods or at menopause
2)foods-cheeses,salty foods and sometimes fasting can trigger migraines
3)food additives-the sweetener aspartame and the preservatives monosodium glutamatecan trigger migraine attacks
4)drinks-alcohol and coffee
5)stress
6)sensory stimuli-bright light,loud sounds,unusual smell,
7)change in wake or sleep pattern
8)physical factors-intense physical exertion
9)changes in the environment -change in weather or barometric pressure
10)medications-oral contraceptives and vasodilators
So before taking any medications let us see scanning report and after a diagnosis take medications.(Thanks)
