Hi, I have been having migraine, since my childhood. Now I m 31 yrs. For the past 2-3 yrs I keep on getting pulsating pain on mostly my right side of my eyebrows and forehead and sometimes allover my forehead. Its mostly bad in the mornings and in the evening I feel comparitively okay. I have sinus too. Its getting too bad and When I move or bend or change my position its getting worst. I couldn t even answer to anybody when I m in pain. I tried taking steam inhalation sometimes and taking ibubrofen sometimes too but only fir timebeing that helps. What can I do to completely stop my pain?
Based on your symptoms you have repeated attacks of migraine which could be classified as moderate to severe form of migraine. Ibuprofen alone may not be sufficient to reduce your symptoms. I would suggest to take more effective drugs like triptans during an acute attack and also to take regular prophylactic drug such as beta blocker or calcium channel blocker. Regular prophylaxis will reduce the incidence of future headache.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
