Suggest Treatment For Severe Migraine Which Leads To Vomiting

migrain pain of about 10-12 years.when i take medicine then its ok but again as it is.earlier the tendency was there not to vomit but now a days when the pain arises tendency of vomit also arises.there was a severe pain what to do?please suggest me as soon as possible.

Hello,

If there are more than 2 or 3 episodes in a month, you should use preventive treatment. Drugs for this purpose include Propranolol, Amytriptiline, Gabapentin, etc.
