Hi,

As the incident took place a long back more than 2 decades ago, I guess that your conscious level was OK at that time and you are able to do your day to day activities easily. (As no history mentioned about the present conscious levels, so considering that your Motor system is intact, with headache and mouthpain as a severe complaint).

I suggest folllowing Preventive measures:

Take good analgesics and also vasodilators

The above said medicines are prescription based drugs, so please consult a neurophysician at the earliest and also I suggest an opthalmalogist consultation to rule out any retinal damages (By Doing FUNDOSCOPY).

Don't get exposed to bare sunlight. Don't blow nose or sneeze or cough forcibly.

Also do take an x-ray mandible to rule out mandibular fractures.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah
