Suggest Treatment For Severe Muscle Pain In An Elderly Person

I have pain all over feels like muscle pain I am 56 walk everyday or ride bike just had ck up they gave me meloxicam 15mg broke out in rash, thinking it may be arthritis, I don t have swelling but a lot of pain and fatigue even after sleep, I walk even when in pain was using ibuprofen but had to go up to 800mg to get relief my doc who said try meloxicam, so gave shot but it didn t really help with pain and broke me out so I tried tylenol it works better could it be fibromyalgia what test can I take to see if I have it also my number where good on lab draws

Yes as you explain the situation it might be fibromyalgia which unfortunately does not have any specific blood test to diagnose it. It is more a clinical diagnosis. So you should take the treatment and follow your doctor recommendations.
