Suggest Treatment For Severe Muscle Pain

Im a 51 yr old over weight woman. I have Pain throughout my muscles in my connective tissues (I suppose). Muscle weakness joint pain and burning all over but mostly in my legs. A dull ache. But significant weakness. Even at rest. Pain when stretching and joint pain in my fingers and ankles with some adema. I had a fall a couple years ago down a flight of stairs and the right side of my back makes crunching sounds whenever I turn but only on the right side I dot know if this is related. I did have an xray at the time. I was told my right leg was tight. My sacrum aches when I walk and I had a knee injury from cycling back in March.
