severe muscle tensions at night not charlie horses running down legs pulling feet forward toward toes. am diabetic not diabetic neopathry? these at night only. same in left arm from elbow to wrist anytime I move arm in certain way. new for about 2 weeks getting worse nightly. see dr. wed.11/30.
