Suggest Treatment For Severe Muscle Weakness In Legs And Hands

My daughter has been on a 1200 calorie diet eating no sugar or white flour. She then began an exercise program and suddenly developed severe muscle weakness on both sides of her body. Within 24 hours the left side of her body was fine, but after 4 days she is still having trouble with her right leg and right are and hand. She has no insurance and I can not get her to go to a doctor. She is 30 years old. She has no pain, but cannot manipulate her fingers or revolve her foot and has numbness in lower right leg. Thank you

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello! Thank you for writing us here. well these are signs of partial paralysis of the body.
Loss of movements of legs and feet are the symptoms.
I would suggest you to go for a course of physiotherapy or simple movement and massage exercises as she doesn't have any insurance.

best regards,
Dr Gunjan
