Suggest Treatment For Severe Nausea , Headache And Loss Of Appetite

Hello Dr., I have been feeling very nauseous with a desire to vomit but no appetite. Headaches lasting about 5-10 seconds throught the day. I am not under a lot of pressure. This has been going on for about 2 weeks. Please advise on symptoms and solutions. Thank you!

AS A HOME REMEDY TAKE 1 TSF TRIFLA CHURAN AFTER MEAL WITH LUKE WARM WATER . GO FOR A WALK IN MORNING. AND TAKE DANIYA POWDER 1 TSF EMPTY STOMACH
