What Causes Severe Nausea After Smoking?

I started smoking bidi,after taking 2 or 3 puffs i have a vomiting sensation and immediately vomit out food eaten before smoking......what is this happening,not happen earlier smoking from 6 months. Please request;give a suitable answer & its treatment and prevention

As per your history is concerned your symptom is associated with many pathological disorders so check your body temp every 6 hours and record it and do following investigation to get an exact diagnosis-
Chest X ray
Blood TWBC and DC count
