Suggest Treatment For Severe Nausea

Hi. I have been nauseas for 3 days now. I did not eat for the first 2 days, but had fresh home made organic green juice for lunch, then vegie soup for dinner and woke up feeling nauseas still this morning which is day 3. I forced myself to eat rolled oats for breakfast and 2 pieces of vegie sushi for lunch and still feel nauseas. I am 51 and am definitely not pregnant. Normal poo s

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
You have nausea for three days and gave then food as you have explained.
Since you do not have any other symptoms, you should have taken PPI like omeprazole, domperidone and antacid and you would have been probably fine.
Take soft bland diet.
Plenty of oral fluids.
And consult your doctor for clinical evaluation tests of blood particularly liver function tests as hepatitis in the initial period can show nausea as sole symptom, kidney function tests and ultrasonography of abdomen.
Take further treatment as guided.
