Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain And Cold Sensations

hi i have been having severe neck pain for about four weeks now, but last night a fairly humid night i was freezing cold. i have spent most of the day in bed sleeping 7 when i get up i am hapless with no appetite. all i have had today is a piece of toast. yesterday a little bit of my cheek area went numd for arpound 5 minutes, i am fairly sick in the stomach and can hear noises in my head like short thuds with a headache in the front portion of my head going from slight to medium. is this a stroke ?

in my opinion this is viral URI you are suffering from. I would recommend you to take rest, painkillers, antipyretic and antihistaminic medication. avoid cold drinks. take hot bath. avoid going to cold environment.
