Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain

Sir, I have a swallow in my back side of neck... When I consult doctor after xray he advised there one muscle is growed and one nerve is going through this way... This swallow is not visible.. When I rubbed this area I can feel it.. I am a 8 hour continuous computer using employee.. Sometimes I have neck pain.. Still I have no any pain for turning right and left of with my head.. But even stretch my head on down in to bottom I can feel the pain...

Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to cervical spondylosis.

For pain, you can take tab. motrin and apply diclofenac gel with heat pads.

For a confirmed diagnosis, you may require an MRI neck after orthopedician consultation.
