Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain

i am having terrible neck pain, first I couldnt sit at my computer at work for more that 3/4 hrs now the pain is so terrible, I cant sleep at night, cant find a position where my neck isnt hurting. turning my neck from side to side, I can hear bones popping in my neck? What can I do, I am 60 yrs old?

you are suffering from cervical spondylitis and may be some nerve compression is Present. Go for a MRI of cervical spine and consult an orthopaedics.meanwhile, you can take Tab CipZox and apply some heat over the region and take Tab calcium m(500)
