Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Stiffness And Headache

I had a sudden onset of a very stiff neck with pain, and a headache in my temples. Nothing happened to cause this. Started 4 days ago, and has not improved at all. I m at a loss as to what is causing this. Pain medication (Advil) and muscle relaxants (backlofen) have not been helping.

Hello.My name is dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.Your problem maybe is caused by muscle tension and strain.This is usually due to activities and behaviors such as poor posture working at a desk for too long without changing position sleeping with your neck in a bad position etc.Other reasons are rheumatoid arthritis,osteoporosis.
