Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Anal Fissures

Hi I am 36 years old and am suffering from occasional irritation in anus / fissure from last 3 years.. i met several doctors, everyone mentioned to take rich fibre diet, and other precautions... i did it all. Last month i again got irritation and referd a gastroentonologist, who carried out complete colonoscopy and told i have grade 1 harmroids and no other abnormality. And again standard precautions for heamroids like diet, life style, hydration refered. Since last week i am having extreme pain again and am applying neo healer and taking brufen. Please advise what can i do now to first get rid of this pain, it is worst in last 3 years. And what is the permanent cure for this... life style change is of no help so far. Thanks

As per your history is concerned you have pain in the anus region so pain can be due to a number of causes so as you have already checked by your local doctor and already diagnosed some conditions i may tell you that follow a diet rich in fiber at night,add CREMAFFIN PLUS (3 teaspoonful) at night with milk,use ANOBLISS CREAM before going to bed,USE XYLOCAINE oint5% before defacation to numb the skin .As you have only pain so fissure is diagnosis and if you have severe bleeding your diagnosis will be piles.sometimes both present.So do not worry at all take medications as told do regular exercise drink plenty of water .This is conservative treatment if bleeding will continue you need surgury which is a minor 30 mins procedure.(thanks)
