Hello,

You are suffering from severe pain and muscle spasms in the legs. You have history of fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. You are advised to get the required therapies done for fibromyalgia and arthritis so that your symptoms do not get worse. Get connected to a Physical therapist you will have to do exercises that will improve your strength, flexibility and stamina.

You should also get occupational therapy and you may need counselling to manage stress situations. Pain from osteoarthritis can be treated with transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS). Osteoarthritis cannot be reversed and yet the treatments can reduce pain. For relief, you can get gentle massage done with pain relieving ointments and also take NSAIDs, one stat after food when pain. Pain relieving sprays are helpful.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get all required blood tests and investigations done so that you can be treated at the earliest. You may require injections or surgery. Include anti inflammatory food in your regular diet, do exercises and walking for the lubrication and flexibility of the joints and bones. Take magnesium rich diet, diet rich in vitamin B6 and B12 for nerve health. You can also take supplements. If required you will be referred to a neurologist for Nerve conduction tests and further management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
