Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Soreness On Breasts

I have a serious breast problem. My doctor isn t doing anything. what do I do? I had an ultrasound and there was a big white mass. he felt a lump prior and thought it was a cyst and there was no cyst. the radiologist wasn t sure if it looked cancerous or not. my doctor THINKS its due to my pregnancy and if I have more pain or my boob feels different to come back, I have called again and I have called my ob-they say nothing. I have had two prior breast exams- they were normal. I have now been pregnant 6 times. It feels like my breast is being crushed, and I have soreness where the lump is, and now a part of my boob and nipple is burning and feels like its on fire. is that normal?

thank you for asking you concern madam and welcome to HCM. soreness or redness over breast is more likely a mastitis this is a common condition in pregnancy but utmost care is needed to treat it. if a soft localised lump was already there before pregnancy then i would have been done a needle aspiration to check the containt of lump. then FNAC test is must in firm to hard kind of lump or if nothing comes out of aspiration. if pain , burning and soreness is present then few things can be done warm compresses gently 3 to 4 times a day, pain killers like paracetamol tab when ever needed. there are more chances of developing adscess if proper care is not taken. if breast milk is produced then express it as much as possible. in case abscess is developed then incision is must please do not hesitate to undergo incision if needed as that is the only treatment useful.
i would suggest you to consult your gynecologist as soon as possible even it is not an abscess it worth to confirm it.
