Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Stiffness In Hands And Feet

I am a 41 year old female who has been experiencing (for several months) symptoms that may or may not be related however they are increasing in both frequency & duration. I have had issues with anxiety attacks so I originally assumed that s what the symptoms stemmed from, however I m not as sure now because along with chest pain and elevated heart rate, I ve begun having severe pain & stiffness in my hands and feet (especially upon waking) and while I ve always had an excellent memory I m now often at a complete loss of the word(s) I m trying to say. Of course, when I research these symptoms online a myriad of potential causes are found. I have no insurance so I m hoping to get a narrower response here. Fyi, I was recently seen in the ER for chest pain & the Dr ordered an EKG, chest x-rays, bloodwork...everything appeared normal except for my Potassium level which was very low. I was given Rx for Potassium & Prilosec... neither alleviated the symptoms. Any suggestions would be MUCH appreciated. Thank You, Carey Watson
