General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of repeated admissions to a hospital for pain in abdomen and vomiting.
Your stent was removed as it got dislodged from pancreas to liver. Pain is helped by pain medications but the effect wears off soon.
All your history is suggestive of a Gastrointestinal system problem, particularly the hepatobiliary.
Contrast enhanced CT scan of abdomen and necessary investigations can help a lot for proper diagnosis
Infection secondary to stent is known to occur and this can cause some of th symptoms like vomiting and spasms in abdomen.
Continued spasms indicate a possibility of strictures and so on which needs further evaluation, investigations and proper treatment as required.
A course of an antibiotic may be required as well as antispasmodic.
Have proper symptomatic and supportive management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
