Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain Due To IBS And Osteoarthritis
I have osteoarthritis in both knees and am currently undergoing supartz injections, however, the pain is unbearable to walk sometimes .. I also suffer from IBS, so any type of NSAIDS mess my stomach up, and can cause me to bleed internally .. Acetaminophen does not seem to help with the pain.. I am looking for a solution which probably contains some acetaminophen and a moderate- severe pain killer.. Can you help me and point me where to go to get a prescription - as my knee doctor does not believe in pain medications unless I have surgery.. This is the final step before knee surgery.. Can you help me or point me in the right direction, as I don t want to break the law. I don t currently have insurance but Medicare will kick in August 1, 2015- but he still won t help with my pain issue. Thanks
The severe pain due to IBS and osteoarthritis can be availed with the intake of capsule Tramadol hydrochloride with Acetaminophen or paracetamol combination. As there is gastric upset issues, intake of proton pump inhibitor such as Omeprazole or Pantoprazole will help to avoid gastritis development with the intake of analgesic. This is one of the best analgesic medications that can be consumed without ill effects over the kidney function in an elderly person as well.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
