This is mostly due to urinary tract infection. Advice 1. Azithromycin 500 mg per oral daily for 7 days 2. You can change antibiotic after culture and sensitivity report of urine 3. Syrup alkaline citrate 2 teaspoonful three times daily for 1 week 4. Drink plenty of water to flush out bacteria 5. Drink cranberry and other fruits juice 6. Do not hold your urine. Urinate when you feel 7. Wipe from front to back after bowel movements 8. Urinate after having sex to flush bacteria 9. Investigations: a. R/E of urine b. C/S of urine c. Total & differential count of WBC If you have doubts about pregnancy then get confirmation: 1. Urine pregnancy test 2. Ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis If pregnancy test is positive then consult an obstetrician for further management because an obstetrician is especially trained in dealing such cases. I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question Thanks
