Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Back And Chest

My daughter swallowed a pill and she says that she feels it went down the wind pipe, its been two days now and she has severe pains in her chest in the middle and in her back. What should i do and is this dangerous and will it require surgical help to get out the capsule?
