Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Head Of Penis While Retracting Foreskin

Hi I have a severe pain in the head on my penis. This pain occurred after pulling my foreskin back for the first time in a while and has been going on for a period of three days. It has seemed to get a little better but not much. When I have an erection the pain becomes even more severe. Do you have any idea how this can be helped?

As per my clinical experience, the severe pain in head of penis while retracting foreskin may be part of possible paraphimosis issue. Paraphimosis is a surgical condition during which the foreskin is retracted forcefully over back of glans and corona. There is tissue edema and fluid collection in form of a ring circling the corona of the glans. It is the compression of the penile head beyond this ring which pause
severe pain and discomfort.

Primary relief with glycerine magnesium sulfate dressing and anti-inflammatory medicines. Definite care requires consulting with an expert consultant surgeon.
