my son was diagnoised with having mini strokes in the brain. said somewhere in the past he has had 2 mini strokes. said blood vessels were restricting causing severe pain in head. doctor gave him some kind of medicine to take to help blood vessels not restrict. said right now nothing else can be done. is this correct?

I suggest you son to do exercise like walking jogging or cycling as well take omega 3rich diet since it's anti inflammatory as well natural blog thinar. But exercise part start gradually and progress also gradually. Keep track on blood pressure daily morning. And take doctor suggestion if it fluctuate. Test all is fine you doctor also have given you right things. But remember prevention will be better then cure so follow step. and take care.
