General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I have read your question and understand your concerns.
Thank you for posting in HCM.
What you have described is called Sciatica, where a person feels pain at his back, hip and legs.
It is associated with compression of sciatic nerve.
I suggest patients suffering from sciatica, Tab Diclofenac 50mg twice daily for 5 days along with Tab Tizanidine 2mg twice daily.
Get MRI of lumbosacral spine.
Avoid heavy work and consult a physiotherapist who will explain the required exercise for reducing the intensity of pain.
Wish you good health.
Do post again in HCM if you have any further questions.
Regards.
I find this answer helpful
