Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Legs And Ankle Discomfort

3 plus years post total right knee replacement. Have had intermittent vague right lower leg and ankle discomfort for several months which got a lot worse today after working a busy 12 hour shift (I am an RN). Used ice, elevation and NSAIDS when I got home (3 hours ago) but lower leg and inner ankle is very slightly swollen and pain is not better. Very difficult to bear weight. No hx of DVT. Rt foot and ankle pink with good perfusion.
