Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen, Fever And Vomiting
I have severe pain in my lower abdomen and throughout mutt right side whenever I eat something red, spicy, nuts or seeds. I also run high fevers and experience vomiting when the episodes come on. The best way to describe the pain would be me being in hard labor but the pain it s constant. And after the pain subsides(usually about 8 to 10 hours later) I get extremely fatigued. Please help me

It could be many things, e.g.gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, gallstones etc. You should have blood tests and an ultrasound to begin with. Possibly a gastroscopy if the ultrasound is clear.
