Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Ankles

I have severe pain and cramping in both of my ankles and the pain radiates down the top outer side of my feet and up the calves of my legs at times, it feels like my bones are being crushed .I rub aspercream or salan pas patches and the pain eventually subsides

Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you should get uric acid levels tested and Xray feet and lower legs as well as bone mineral density testing.

Using OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful. Topical capciasin gels also help.
