Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Arms
I had carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand two weeks ago....the first 4 days I took pain medication Tramadol and Ibuprofen...after I quit taking the pain Meds I experienced severe pain doing certain movements with my arm on the area between my elbow and my shoulder where you make a muscle if showing off your muscles...especially the movement out to the side and like if your moving your arm back to put on or take off a seatbelt...could they have positioned my arm during surgery that may have brought this on?...I ve never had this particular pain before... Now what do I do ...is there an excercise I can do?

Possibility of muscular injury while positioning arm during surgery is more likely.
So consult physiotherapist and get done clinical examination and start appropriate physiotherapy. Also, take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs like ibuprofen and thiocolchicoside. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
