Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Breast Post Injury
I fell down on a rocky surface 3 weeks ago. about 3 days after the fall, I started getting shooting pains in my breast--it seems to radiate from the sternum area. At first it was just in my right breast, where I took most of the fall, but now it is in both breasts.

Check it out it may be a muscle spasm or underlying hematoma formation or pleurisy etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Please get it done chest X-ray and ECG.
Use tablet Tramadol and Paracetamol.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
