General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Here according to your complaint breast mass, bronchitis or musculoskeletal pain could be the possibility...

Your breast examination should be done by palpation for any organic mass if present

Investigation if needed than x ray and EKG needs to be done

If any palpable mass present than FNAC examination done to rule out nature of lesion

According to cause specific treatment given

Take care

Consult physician for examination and accordingly work up
