Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Ear

I have been experiencing pain in my left eye along with a feeling if fluid in left ear. Ophthalmologist said I have dry eye and beginning of cataracts. ENT specialist did not see any fluid in ear I also experience feeling of being off balance. Sometimes left side of face feels numb. Any suggestions? I am 62 yr old woman. Thank you

Apply Otogesic drop by drop to fill in the ear and plug it with a sterile gauze twice daily. It will relieve pain in ear. For Eye dryness use systane eye drops. It will help. And for cataract follow up with your ophthalmologist.
