Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Feet And Lower Back

I have had increasing burning nerve pain in the feet after walking/legs and lower back pain due to foot mass loss and body mass loss for about 2 years or 18 months. My feet are almost bone and I cant run anymore due to nerve pain. Some twitching in muscles./dried out hair /hair loss and dry skin /some rashes when its hot I sweat more due to permanent dry skin. Am I dying or what can be done? Thanks Gary Ferguson

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It could be due to conditions like plantar fasciitis. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated. We have to rule out possible spine related problems also.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
