Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Finger Post An Accident
Hello, I recently hurt my hand. I m afraid I either bruised or fractured my bone. It does not hurt in a joint, it hurts right about my wrist below my pinky finger in the middle. Its not swollen, or discolored. It has been like this for over a month and still hurts extremely when I use it on a daily basis.
I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.
Your symptoms might be due to Joint sprain or fracture. As it lasts morethan a month, I advice you to, - Take Analgesics (Acetaminophen) twice & tab. Seropeptidase thrice daily - Take any antacid along with each dose - Thrombophob gel for local application if bruised - Rest & don't overstrain the affected area - Ice pack to relieved of pain - Check Xray of affected hand to rule out fractures or any ligament injury
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Get well soon.
Regards, Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
