Hello,

You have a history of having typhoid & chicken pox 5 months back. It is a possibility that your body system is weakened. You have been tested for deficiency of vitamin B12 also.

After having hand job, etc at a massage parlor now you are having burning sensation & severe pain in the fingers & toes. commonly burning sensations occur before blisters show up when infected with herpes.

Since you have vitamin B12 deficiency you may be affected with peripheral neuropathy, it has similar symptoms(burning, tingling, pricking of the toes & the fingers).

If diabetic, control your glucose levels at all costs. You are suggested to visit a Neurologist, get Nerve Conduction Tests & Nerve Biopsy done at the earliest.

If you indulged in a handjob it should have been safe unless the partner was infected and was having direct contact with her vaginal fluids/secretions & then had contact with the urethra openings of your penis, an infection would possibly be passed on.

Get STD tests done, get treated at the earliest. Your treatment will depend upon the STI detected. Neglect will only result in the worsening of the situation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
