Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Foot

foot pain, 7-8 on pain level, no redness no swelling. motrin and napercin do not reduce pain level at all. mid foot will move from left side for a week, then no pain, then starts on top inside foot. i do not have diabetes.i i will have the pain for about 7-10 days then wake up and it gone
