General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be muscle sprain or bone pain.

For that, you can take atb. acetaminophen and apply diclofenac gel with heat pads locally.

I would suggest you do x-ray foot after orthopedician consultation.

Use cushioned shoes. Avoid barefoot walking.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
