Hi doctor ihave that problem my virgina always want me to brush lyk Aftr 30 minutes taking a shower wants me to brush and. After brushing it I feel pains annd at that time when I brush it with my hands there something lyk dirty discharge coming. Out lyk I ddnt get bath iam stressed what. Can I do? Pls

Brushing means with your hand and finger doing massage. If you are doing hard it will pain. May be after that like orgasm vaginal fluid comes. That is the reason. Consult your doctor.
